Photos uploaded via QR code or Instagram are not filtered by default — they are displayed and printed as submitted by the users.
However, the event administrator has full control and can manually moderate photos at any time during the event. This allows you to remove or hide inappropriate or unwanted content in real time.
For private events, we also recommend using “locked mode”, where guests can view only their own uploads for additional privacy.
