Editing an Existing Event

Use this guide to update an existing event – change its name, update branding, modify the time range, or adjust print limits. All settings are editable until the event is closed.

📋 Step 1: Open the Events Tab  #

  1. Go to the Events tab in the top navigation bar.
  2. You will see a list of active (Live) events.
  3. Find the event you want to edit and click the EDIT icon in the Actions column.

🛠️ Step 2: Make Changes  #

Once inside the event editor, you can update the following:

  • Event Name
  • Event Start and End Dates
  • Event Type:
    • Public – Open access, supports Instagram #.
    • Private – Restricted access with email + access code, no Instagram import.
  • Photo Source – Toggle QR code and Instagram hashtag (if Public).
  • Print Settings:
    • Adjust event print limits or number of allowed copies.
    • Enable or disable automatic printing after upload.

You can also disable printing completely by setting both limits to zero.

🎨 Step 3: Update Branding (Optional)  #

Scroll down to change the visual identity of the event:

  • Change text color or background style (white, image, color).
  • Replace uploaded logo or photo overlays.

💾 Step 4: Save Your Changes  #

Click the Save or Update button at the bottom of the form.

Changes take effect immediately and will be reflected across all connected printers assigned to the event.

Note: Editing a closed event is not possible.
